The Beach Paradise residence is located in a quiet area, away from traffic, just a few meters from the beach and only 2 kilometers from the Fiera di Rimini. The structure is equipped with outdoor parking with video surveillance, access to the hotel is guaranteed 24 hours a day by electronic card, a convenient lift connects all the accommodations and the reception is available during office hours. The structure has different types of apartments: studios for 2 to 4 people, two-room apartments for 4 to 6 people, three-room apartments for up to 6 people and apartments attic; many types have sea view and all apartments have large balconies (Privilege units have 60/70 sqm terraces with sea view), double glazing and electric shutters. The furnishings are modern and functional, the kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking (even the microwave!), In the bathroom there is a shower and a hairdryer. Some apartments are equipped to accommodate the disabled and in all accommodations there is free access even with pets, there is free internet access via Wi-Fi, one or more TVs (up to three TVs, depending on of the size of the apartment) with SAT predisposition (the decoder you have to bring it to you), the telephone, a small safe, the ironing board and the air conditioning / heating system is individually controlled. The housing units are rented weekly during the summer and also daily during the rest of the year. An intimate pool of new construction with a whirlpool, a small pool for the little ones and comfortable deckchairs will give you the opportunity to enjoy short moments of relaxation in complete privacy. The first supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
